How does the booking process work?
We will review your booking form submission within one business day. We will send you an email that contains the following:
- Trip Overview
- Terms and Conditions
- Payment Information
- Trip Itinerary
To begin your booking, please review the itinerary we emailed you and make your 20% deposit by following this link: https://peakplanet.com/payment.php
Once we receive your deposit we will begin to arrange lodging, personnel and park permits. Please note that at this point your booking is not confirmed, so please do not purchase airline tickets yet. We confirm 95% of our requested bookings. It is very rare that a private climb cannot be scheduled.
Within 2 business days after receiving your deposit, we will confirm your booking. At this point, your trip is 100% confirmed and all reservations have been made.
You will then be all set to go. Once you are confirmed your climb is guaranteed to depart, even if you are the only person booked on a climb.
