Staff was terrific… from start to finish. Dana responded to emails quickly and thoroughly. Ben was informative in each briefing and Davis was encouraging and supportive throughout both treks (Mt. Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro). The only thing I would change would be to shorten the duration of both descents (Meru and Kilimanjaro). Logistically, this may not be possible but the current schedule makes for 2 very long days during the ascent/descent.
